  • Represented and defended an international importer of consumer electronics in a subrogation lawsuit brought by China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation, aka Sinosure, on behalf of the Chinese manufacturer, alleging breach of contract, which the defendant denied. The defendant asserted the issue arose out of an accounting dispute. Sinosure is a state-funded and policy-oriented insurance company established and supported by the state to promote China's foreign economic and trade development and cooperation.

Martinez v. Blue Diamond Limo Service, Riverside County Superior Court, Case No. RIC2003074

  • Represented and defended a limousine service and driver involved in an auto accident where the plaintiff claimed extensive injuries.
