Lyndon H. Hong

Mr. Hong graduated from Boston University, earning his Bachelor of Arts in 1995. He attended New York Law School and earned his Juris Doctor in 1999.

A native of Southern California, Mr. Hong returned to California and practiced at preeminent statewide law firms in the Los Angeles area before starting his own practice. Mr. Hong began his career as a trial lawyer in a highly regarded litigation firm known for generating tenacious advocates, taking cases to trial in personal injury matters early in his career. Mr. Hong expanded the scope of his practice to include the litigation of business disputes and insurance coverage disputes while at several other Los Angeles-based firms.

Mr. Hong has successfully litigated high-stakes commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout California on behalf of individuals and businesses. Many of these matters involved prosecuting and defending breach of contract disputes with allegations of fraud. Some of these matters involved defending financial professionals and attorneys in claims involving professional negligence and fraud in a wide range of industries, from real estate to financial planning. While other matters involved prosecuting fraud claims against unscrupulous businesses and individuals failing to keep their end of the bargain.

Mr. Hong is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts.

Mr. Hong is a boxing enthusiast and an avid runner.
